How to delete your account and everything Wenzaa holds about you.

1 · Deleting your account
Open Settings and choose Delete my account. Deletion is scheduled 14 days out and you can cancel it any time before then from the same place. When the day comes, your account, your page, your products, scripts, automations, posts and connected-account data are deleted.
If you can't log in, email hello@wenzaa.co from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within two working days and delete on the same 14-day schedule.
2 · Data from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube
When you connect an account, Wenzaa keeps only what you approved on the platform's own permission screen: the access token, your username, and the posts, comments and performance figures it reads to do its job.
- Disconnect a platform from Accounts and its token is deleted immediately and the data we read from it is removed.
- Remove Wenzaa from the platform's own settings (for example Instagram's "Apps and websites") and the connection stops working at once. Disconnect it in Accounts too, and what we stored from it is deleted.
- Deleting your account removes all of it, for every platform, at once.
3 · What is deleted, and what isn't
Everything that identifies you is deleted: profile, page, connected accounts, content, automations and the messages they sent, comments and handles gathered by your rules, and the analytics of your page.
Two things are kept, because the law or a buyer needs them: records of payments and payouts, for as long as tax and anti-fraud rules require, and a buyer's receipt for something they bought from you. Neither carries your login, your content or your connected-account data.
4 · If you bought something on a creator's page
Buyers don't have accounts. Your name, email and delivery details live on the order so it can reach you and be refunded if it must. To have them removed once the order is complete, email hello@wenzaa.co with the tracking number from your receipt.
