Terms of service
The agreement between you and Wenzaa. Written to be read, not to be survived.
Last updated 18 September 2026 · Wenzaa Technologies Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria
1 · Who we are
Wenzaa is operated by Wenzaa Technologies Limited (RC 9793122), registered in Lagos, Nigeria. Where these terms say we, they mean that company. Where they say you, they mean the person or business holding the account.
2 · Your account
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. You're responsible for what happens under your login, so keep it to yourself. Tell us within a reasonable time if you think someone else has it.
One person, one account. You may connect several social accounts to it.
If you connect a social account, you also agree to that platform's own terms. For YouTube, that means you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
3 · What you make stays yours
Every post, script, product, photograph and customer list you put into Wenzaa belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it.
You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your work, show it to the buyers you send to your page, publish it to the accounts you connected, and process it so the AI features can do their job. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.
We may use aggregated, de-identified patterns — what formats are performing in a niche, for instance — to improve Radar for everyone. That never includes your identity, your customers, or your unpublished drafts.
4 · What the AI does, and what it can't promise
Wenzaa drafts scripts, captions and replies. Those drafts are suggestions. You are the publisher. Check anything before it goes out, especially claims about health, money or another person.
We don't guarantee that a post will perform, that a trend will hold, or that a draft will be accurate. Radar's figures are estimates drawn from public data and they can be wrong.
Wenzaa only publishes what you post or schedule, and only runs the automations you switch on. You can pause or delete either at any time.
5 · Selling through Wenzaa
You set your prices and you are the seller of record. That means you are responsible for describing what you sell honestly, delivering it, and handling your buyers' questions. We provide the shop, the checkout and the payout rails.
We take no commission on products, guides or tips. Bookings carry a 5% service fee paid by the buyer, and payment links and event tickets carry a 5% fee. We charge a subscription for the tools, and a percentage when you withdraw from your Wenzaa wallet to your bank: 7.5% on Free and Creator, 5% on Pro, 4% on Pro+, including payment processing. Minimum withdrawal ₦5,000.
Digital sales, bookings and tips reach your wallet when the buyer's payment settles. Physical sales are released 7 days after delivery. Withdrawals are reviewed before they're sent. We may hold a payout where we have a reasonable suspicion of fraud, and we will tell you why and for how long.
6 · What you may not do
- Sell anything illegal, counterfeit, or that you don't have the right to sell
- Sell regulated goods — medicines, supplements making medical claims, weapons, financial products — without the licences Nigerian law requires
- Use Wenzaa to harass anyone, or to send messages to people who did not opt in
- Misrepresent an AI-drafted reply as coming from a person other than you
- Scrape, resell or redistribute Radar's data
- Break the terms of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook while connected through us
If you do, we may suspend the account. Where we can, we'll warn you first and give you a way to put it right. Money already earned stays yours.
7 · Ending it
You can close your account at any time from Settings. Paid plans stop at the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund part-months, and we don't bill you again.
When you ask to close your account, it is deleted 14 days later, and you can change your mind until then. Withdraw your wallet balance and export your contacts before that. After it we delete your data, except records we're legally required to keep.
8 · Limits
Wenzaa is provided as it is. We work hard on uptime but we don't promise it, and we aren't liable for lost earnings, lost followers, or a platform changing its rules.
Where liability can't be excluded, it's capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9 · Changes and disputes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand. Carrying on using Wenzaa after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by Nigerian law, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. Talk to us first — most things are settled in an email.
