What we hold, why we hold it, and how to get it back.

The short versionWe collect what you give us, what your connected accounts show us, and how you use the app. We never sell it. AI providers see your text but can't train on it. You can export your contacts and delete your account yourself, any time.This summary isn't the agreement. The sections below are.

1 · What we collect

What you give us: your name, email, phone number, country, bank details for payouts, and anything you type into Wenzaa.

What your connected accounts give us: your posts, captions, comments, DMs and performance figures from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook — only for accounts you connected, and only the permissions you approved on their screen.

What we observe: which screens you use, roughly where you are from your IP address, and what device you're on. We use this to fix things and to decide what to build.

2 · Why

To run the service you asked for — reading your niche, drafting, publishing, taking payments
To pay you, and to meet the anti-money-laundering rules that come with moving money
To keep accounts secure and to investigate fraud
To tell you things you need to know about your account, like a payment, a withdrawal or your trial ending. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

3 · Your content and the AI

We send your captions, comments and scripts to AI providers so Wenzaa can draft in your voice. Those providers process the text on our instructions and are contractually barred from training their models on it.

We use de-identified, aggregated patterns across creators to improve Radar. Your drafts, your customers and your identity are never part of that.

Our payment processor, to take payments and pay you out. Our hosting and email providers. The AI providers above. The social platforms, for the accounts you connected. Nobody else, and we never sell your data or your buyers' data.

If we're ever required to hand something over by law, we'll tell you unless we're forbidden to.

YouTube. When you connect a YouTube channel, Wenzaa uses YouTube API Services. By connecting it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies to what YouTube receives. We use that access only to show which channel you connected and to upload the videos you choose to post there. You can disconnect it in Accounts, or remove Wenzaa from your Google account's security settings. Either stops it at once, and disconnecting deletes the access we stored.

5 · Where it lives

Your data is stored on servers inside and outside Nigeria, including in the EU and the US. Where it leaves Nigeria we use the safeguards the NDPA requires.

6 · Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@wenzaa.co and we'll answer within 30 days.

You can export your contacts as a file from the app, and copy your scripts from Studio, without asking. For anything else we hold about you, email us.

7 · How long we keep it

While your account is open, and until it's deleted 14 days after you ask us to close it. Transaction records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Backups clear within 90 days.

8 · Getting in touch
